When you give us the go-ahead, we seamlessly move into the fabrication process, which typically takes *10-12 weeks depending on factors such as scale of the project and the level of customization. Since we’ll have those details spelled out in advance, we’ll give you a clear timeline for fabrication well ahead of you placing your order.
We fabricate most all the materials of your building in house, and we’re supported by a vetted network of suppliers that help us scale during peak seasons while maintaining the sales levels of quality and quality control we demand.

Builder OrientationWorking with a local General Contractor / Builder in your area to prepare your site and finish out your project means that local trades, site-specific conditions, and locally available materials can be coordinated, addressed, and sourced most efficiently.
We make sure the General Contractor / Builder you select is comfortable with our process, details, and materials before and throughout construction. To that end we send our Project Manager to your site to meet with each of the various trades to ensure they are comfortable with the assembly process. |
Shop DrawingsAfter many years of producing pre engineered structures in our factories, we have refined our process to assure the quality of materials and precision of the components.
We create highly detailed 3D models of your building with structural details regarding the assembly and installation of each part of the structure, and how they connect to each other. |
FabricationWe have implemented several quality control procedures in our factory fabrication process to help make sure that our structures are easy to assemble and accurate. We are constantly striving for perfection in all areas of our fabrication method.
