1. Provide Solutions Not Problems
You have enough problems and we do not intend to add to them. We strive to come up with ideas and concepts that will provide you with the absolute best design that fits your criteria. Many companies solutions are not really solutions at all, that is why we take time to review the design or situation to provide the best suggestions or alternatives possible. We keep you in the mix when questions arise that could affect the design. We find that potential problems can mostly be benefits in disguise. Our Team realizes that we are building your Car Wash and your satisfaction comes first!
2. Be Passionate About Our Business And Yours
We are excited by what we do for a living. We are Architectural Geeks! We really live and breathe our work with passion. When we come to work we are excited to attack the day's challenges. Passion is what being a small business owner is all about and if you aren't passionate about what you do you will never be happy or truly successful. We have walked the paths of the small business with all its pitfalls and trials and having survived each and every one we realize that you face the same challenges. Your success is our success. We understand and that is why we give you our best.
3. Build Open And Honest Relationships
Being truly happy and successful has less to do with money than a large amount of the population imagines. We are all in business and while we have to make a living and take care of our people and our obligations, beyond that we believe that success is much more. We believe that being honest and up front with all our clients is of the utmost importance. We will give you all the information, honestly, for you to make the right decisions. We believe that to truly respect one another in business and life is to be open and honest. The truth is something that you can always build upon but a lie has no sound foundation.
4. Deliver And Pursue Excellence
This means to constantly review our office, design, fabrication and delivery procedures and systems to make sure that they are reliable, accurate and meet the needs of our clients in a very real world view (not just philosophy.)
Each part of the team needs to be the recipient of self appraisal and self examination and that they are true to themselves in aspiring to be the best, not just in theory but in practice.
5. Embrace Innovation
Some of us around here have a few gray hairs. With age comes wisdom (and aches and pains, some in places where we didn't know there was anything to ache) and with true wisdom comes the understanding that there are better ways to do certain tasks (the young guys are right sometimes.) We don't believe in the status quo. Life is change and we love True Innovation which is real solutions and usable technology, not just the catch phrases and slick words of some companies, but True Innovation.
6. Create Fun
Its got to be enjoyable. Who was that famous guy that said, "If you aren't happy, everything stinks" or something like that.
He's right, when you get up in the morning: you have to have something that drives you (no, I am not talking about your car).
Sure everyone has an off day, but for the most part you need to love what you do (not just the paycheck).
If you love what you do, no one can stop you from being successful!

You cannot get anywhere being negative. It saps your energy, your creativity and your very spirit.
We believe and strive to be positive, in our work and at home with our families. We think that to foster an atmosphere of positive ideas, solutions and problem solving is the answer to many of the world's problems. At work as well as at home: being friendly and optimistic, is always the better choice. If we realize the other person's problems or difficulties we are better adept at offering help.
8. Be Adventurous and Creative
We encourage our team to think outside the box (or building in our case) in order to come up with new creative solutions that may better benefit our clients and business partners. These ideas could range from suggestions on the website, a new architectural software or how to better seal a glass frame.
You have to break a few eggs baking this cake, but if you never try you never succeed. Remember your parents said that you should reach for the stars?

Each and every day we can learn something new. We realize that the way we we did things yesterday may not be the best (for our clients benefit)
to do things today. We always take note that technology is constantly changing and that while all of these changes are not always better than the older methods some are. We have to be open to accept that the way we normally do things may need serious review and analyzation.

There are always challenges and difficulties that we all face in business today. No matter how successful you are in the past tomorrow may hold many hills to climb. No matter what happens, always be thankful and giving to others while showing respect for all.
Remember to never be arrogant or boastful but appreciative for the opportunities that we have, our abilities and yes, our blessings!
