There are several standard models of our Modernwash Buildings but you can always customize each one to your own branding and design requirements. We want to help build your brand so we will create a design, lighting and signage that will harmonize and reinforce your branding ideals.
Several Cities have their own design guidelines and material requirements that will be necessary in order to get the design permitted and passed. we want to keep your brand style so we will alter the design as required and or suggest materials that will meet the cities requirement without sacrificing your brand!

SignageWe offer many types of channel letter signage that can help to relay your brand. Channel letters, Emblems and Logos can be included with your building package. These can be backlighted or accent lighted with our LED Accent System.
