The HSS Structural Steel system we use can weather it all. Purchasing our proprietary i-5 Finish System is a long-term investment in a structure strong enough to last for decades beyond. The tubular steel supports itself.
Even the powder coating is durable. We start with zinc-enriched primers that grip the upper layers. A real UV inhibitor chemical slows the sun’s damaging effects.

Style
Art: you know it when you see it. These buildings are our life’s work and craftsmanship over the process of the past 30 years. As a result, you know a Modernwash building when you see one.
Our architectural and design aesthetics are founded on the concepts of “human relational” design.
It’s art, but there’s a proven science as to how certain proportions and relational elements affect mood. A building can be more pleasing and intriguing due to a harmony between your conscious/unconscious mind and the relationship and arrangement of the buildings elements. We work with these artistic formulas into a compelling marketing resource for you.
We even developed a special main frame fastener design where the fastening system is completely hidden. This gives a very clean uncluttered appearance and is important in keeping any type of dissimilar fastener reaction from happening on our frame finish coating.
These hidden fasteners are also safer since they don’t jut out where someone can accidentally cut or hurt themselves.

Sustainability
Steel … sustainable? Yes. At Modernwash we take pride in taking materials previously used for another purpose and reviving them giving them new life, especially those materials that have served our nation in times past. Buying recycled steel is not always the least expensive method but one that we feel is vital in the cause of being a good steward of our planet's resources.
Other manufacturers may buy from other countries who have inferior materials or materials that have not met the scrutiny of the standards used in North America.
When we fabricate with steel sourced here in the United States and our neighbor Canada we are assured that we are giving our customers the best enduring product available.
Our pre-fabricated buildings easily incorporate sustainability by specifying the use of recycled and repurposed materials as well as materials adept at performing long life cycles. Our framework as mentioned is prefabricated from previously purposed steel and is over 60% in recycled content.
The steel is purposely designed to perform an extra long life cycle and when that cycle is no longer viable can easily be recycled into another form for future use.
Our roof systems are made of recycled steel, aluminum or plastics depending upon the roof system that you choose.
The factory process creates a predetermined design which does not create the waste traditional associated with on site building processes.
